A note on method
The platform combines probabilistic project-state estimation with context-aware evaluation of management actions. Models are versioned, recommendations are reproducible, and live decision support is designed for responsive operational use.
An action associated with poor historical results may have been taken because the work was already in trouble. Cornerstone accounts for the conditions surrounding past decisions before estimating whether an action is likely to help now.
